Mystic Pizza at the Count Basie Center: Frequently Asked Questions
When is Mystic Pizza performing in Red Bank?
Mystic Pizza is scheduled at Hackensack Meridian Health Theatre at the Count Basie Center for the Arts from March 30 through April 1, 2027. Check your selected performance date and start time before purchasing, as the schedule may vary by day.
What kind of show is Mystic Pizza?
Mystic Pizza is a musical adaptation inspired by the 1988 film. Expect a theatre production built around its story and music, rather than a concert by the film's cast. The specific songs, staging, and running time can depend on the production.
How much do Mystic Pizza tickets cost?
Prices currently start around $40, with seats potentially reaching $150 or more. Ticket prices vary by performance date, seat location, availability, and market demand, and may change before checkout.
Where is Hackensack Meridian Health Theatre at the Count Basie Center for the Arts?
The theatre is located at the Count Basie Center for the Arts in downtown Red Bank, New Jersey. Review your ticket and the venue's official information for the event-day entrance and any updated arrival guidance.
Where should I park for the Count Basie Center?
Parking is available in downtown Red Bank, including municipal lots and garages, but spaces can fill quickly around showtime. Allow extra time to find a spot, check current municipal parking rules before you travel, and avoid relying on street parking close to the theatre. Walking a few blocks from a public lot may be quicker than searching immediately outside the venue.
What are the best seats for Mystic Pizza?
For a balanced view of the stage, consider seats near the center of the orchestra or in a centered section of the balcony. Orchestra seats are closer to the performers, while elevated seating can offer a broader view of the staging. Compare the available sections and seat details for your specific performance before selecting tickets.
Are any seats less desirable?
Seats at the far sides or toward the rear may provide a more angled or distant view than centered seats. Sightlines can vary by production and seat location, so review the seating map and any view notes shown during checkout rather than assuming every seat in a section offers the same experience.
What is the bag policy at the theatre?
Bag rules can change and may depend on the event. Check the Count Basie Center's current guest policies before arriving, and bring only essential items to help make entry smoother. Do not assume oversized bags or backpacks will be permitted.
Can I take public transportation to the Count Basie Center?
Red Bank is served by NJ Transit rail on the North Jersey Coast Line. The station is in downtown Red Bank, within walking distance of the Count Basie Center. Check NJ Transit schedules and service alerts before travelling, particularly for evening performances.
